Fantasy Showroom, 2009-10 Official Rules
1. HOW TO ENTER:
To enter go to http://fantasyshowroom.com and fill out the registration page. You must be a registered user to win.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
This Fantasy OEM game is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington DC thirteen (13) years of age or older as of time of entry.
3. GAME PERIOD:
The Fantasy OEM 2009-10 game period begins on December 2, 2009 at 5:00am and ends on August 31, 2010 at 11:59pm The Fantasy OEM game is free to play. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLY.
4. INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES OF PLAY:
The instructions and rules of play are posted on the website at rules and are hereby incorporated into and made part of these official rules.
5. RELEASE:
By participating in the game, each participant agrees that Sponsor, its officers, directors, agents, employees and affiliates will have no liability or responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the contest and they will be held harmless against any claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from participation in the game or the prizes awarded. Participants further agree to indemnify and hold Sponsor harmless from any claims arising from Participant's participation in the game.
6. TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS:
Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions and may suspend, modify or terminate the game at any time in the event of a technical malfunction. In the event of early termination, the winning team will be selected based on the highest points earned as of the date of termination. Sponsor reserves the right at any time and it its sole discretion to disqualify any person who is suspected to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the game.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY/DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:
IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR AND/OR ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING OR PROMOTIONAL PARTNERS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABILE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO ANDE USE OF THE GAME SITE AND SERVICE. THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES AND INDEED EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING IT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
8. MISCELANEOUS:
By participating in the game, you agree to accept these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the operation of the game. These official rules and their interpretation shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York, without reference to principles of conflicts of law.
